Social and Therapeutic Horticulture

Yew Tree Evergreen for Social and Therapeutic Horticulture

Social and Therapeutic horticulture is the art of using plants and gardens to help people take care of their physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.
For example, managing anxiety and depression, building confidence, reducing social isolation and providing purpose and achievement.

Gardening can improve physical and mental health as well as communication and thinking skills because it can offer physical exercise, building dexterity, time outside in nature, learning new skills, creativity, peaceful concentration, or enjoying good company.

Yew Tree Evergreen will design and deliver sessions with imagination, adaptability, and sensitivity .
