What personal information do we process?  Your name, email address and phone number, and if we visit you, then your address. The location and names for the grave tending service.

Do we process any sensitive personal information?  We may process sensitive personal information such as disabilities or receipt of means tested benefits for price reductions, if these are declared by yourself.

Do you receive any information from third parties? No.

How do you process my information? We process your information to provide, improve, and administer our Services, communicate with you.

In what situations and with which types of parties do we share personal information? We don’t unless lawfully compelled to do so. Confidentiality is upheld unless you have agreed to a testimonial or photograph on the website . Names on photos on graves will be anonymised unless by agreement . 

How do we keep your information safe? We have organisational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorised third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information.

How do I exercise my rights? The easiest way to exercise your rights is by requesting your data by email. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

We don’t transferer your data internationally. Your data is only held in the UK.

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 18 years of age.
